It’s true we plan things, but sometimes life gets in the way and we lose the flow, right? Yeah! But this time, it really feels like a comeback for myself.
And what better way to restart than with a book that truly changed me “Master Your Emotions” by Thibaut Meurisse. 😎💫
This book helped me find myself again, and more importantly, it reminded me how essential it is to understand our emotions and the way our mind works.
Honestly, I feel this book should be part of our school education! As humans, isn’t it mandatory to know how our own mind functions? Imagine how beautiful it would be if we all learned about emotions and self-awareness when we were young. 💖
There are times in life when we feel a little lost😐💭unsure of ourselves, burdened by emotions we can’t quite explain, or simply out of balance. I was in one such phase not long ago, until a dear friend introduced me to this book. And now, I’m so happy that I get to introduce it to all of you! 💛 Truly, it feels wonderful to share something that made such a difference in my life.
In the beginning, when I started reading, the only thought I had in my mind was not to master my emotions, but simply to understand them to know what was really happening inside my mind, which I couldn’t quite grasp or control before.
I didn’t expect much. But as I turned each page, something inside me began to change. The book gently guided me to look within not to fight my emotions, but to truly understand them. Slowly, I started to feel lighter, calmer and more aware of myself.🌿
🌿 What This Book Taught Me
One of the most eye-opening lessons from “Master Your Emotions” is that emotions aren’t our enemies they are simply signals, guiding us to understand what’s happening within.

And seriously, you’ll start feeling the difference within just a few days as you go through each chapter. There’s also one special condition that my friend mentioned when she gave me this book and I completely agreed!!😌

Stick to it strictly! I followed that advice and it truly made a difference. It gives you time to reflect, to analyze and to feel what is happening inside our mind as the author tries to convey, rather than rushing to complete the book.
