The Super Rare Edible Air Potato🥔

I'm sure😋 every one loves to taste and enjoy potato recipes and yes, growing potatoes in our own green space will be even more exciting.😎 

Have you every tired growing them before? I have tired it for no use😕....may be during my school days😂 I do remember stealing 😜small or medium sized potatoes from the kitchen without my mom's knowledge and burring it somewhere in the ground😆After one or two days, I use to forget where that cute little potato was buried. Maybe if it is a rainy season, they may be saved with rain water!! Later by chance, I may identify them with its sprouts popping up😁.....This is how I  experienced growing potatoes.  What about you? Hope many would have tired all these nasty things in your childhood. If so! do mention them in the comments below✅

 I have something really really new and yes surprising too!!

Most probably many won't be aware of this kind of  Potato ie., Air Potato

What Air Potato? Yes!! 😌

*Air potato or Dioscorea Bulbifera, it is a kind of Aerial Yam😋 and also a kind of  perennial herb.

*Once planted, can meet your potato NEED for your Life time💫 

*I'm serious, because growing these rare edible air potato plant is very easy.

*Only thing we need to do is to plant them somewhere in your home either in a pot or direct soil. Make sure you support them(vines) with trillers,  since Air potato is a climber.

*Potatoes will grow in each and every leaf nodes as you can see them in the above picture.

*Isn't cool to imagine harvesting your own potatoes from a vine!! As an additional surprise, we can also harvest a big sized potato from the underground root😍at the end of the season.

(Keep this underground yam as optional😜bez they will re-grow automatically every year) 

*Air Potatoes are rich in Medicinal Properties💝

They help to improve your HEART, LUNGS and promotes your DIGESTIVE Health😉

*I have also heard that Air potato chips will be even more crispy and tasty then the ordinary one. As of now I haven't tried tasting them!!

 But very SOON👌😋 will meet you all with many more air potato recipes🍳 in our future updates.
