That's all about😎 White Bitter Melon/Gourd. Most probably every one would have seen Green colour Bitter Gourds, and yes! we would have tasted it at least ones in our life.
But have you ever imagined a White colour Bitter Gourd?
I can hear you answer😆NO! right. Even if anyone asked me this question two years back, definitely my answer would be the same NO!

Nutritional Value:
Usually bitter gourds contains both anti-viral and anti-tumor properties.
Bitter gourds are packed with polyphenols, which has the ability to lower inflammation in the body.
Rich in *Iron
*Beta Carotene
* Calcium
*Vitamin C & B
Direction to Grow:
✓Due to the hardness of the seeds, it's better to soak them in water for at least 1-2 hours before sowing.
✓Can be sown directly or in a nursery pot.
✓Within 6-10 days, seeds will start geminating into a baby 🌱plant.
✓Once your baby plant is about 4-5 inches, it's time to transplant them.
✓Since, bitter gourd is a creeper it's necessary to provide enough manure in the potting mix.
✓Make sure, you plant them in a big size pot/bucket.
✓Trellising is highly required to grow bitter gourd vines.
✓Regular pruning of the side shoots is also important to improve fruiting.
✓Since bitter gourds are susceptible to pests like aphids and fruit flies, it is really important to keep a close eye on your vines.
